Best Culinary Tours and Vacations in Mexico

Colonization and conquest during the most explosive era in history has made Mexican cuisine the first fusion food. Mexican cooking is native traditions blended with European, Asian, and African influences. During colonization old world ideas were transformed and implemented using a whole new pantry of ingredients. Avocado, corn, vanilla, peanuts, and tomatoes originated in Mexico and Central America. Can you imagine cuisine today without these ingredients? Cuisine from Mexico is truly the best of all worlds. What a great place to explore food and culture.
